PAYMENT POLICY
1. Introduction
This Payment Policy governs payment rules, transaction currencies, charges, refunds, transaction security and other matters when you purchase goods, samples and related foreign trade services from our company through this website. This Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and, together with quotations and order contracts, constitutes the agreement between the buyer and seller.
2. Quotation and Currency
- Quotations on our website are denominated in [USD / HKD, please select] by default. Quotations are valid for [30] days. Prices exclude international freight, insurance, destination customs duties, VAT and other taxes levied by the importing country.
- The buyer shall bear the risk of exchange rate fluctuations. If payment is made in other currencies, conversion will be calculated based on the settlement exchange rate of our receiving bank on the date of receipt.
- We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time. Updated prices take effect upon website update and will not affect confirmed orders.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following common foreign trade payment methods:
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our Hong Kong bank account
- Letter of Credit (L/C) (terms must be pre-confirmed in writing)
- Cross-border third-party payment platforms (if applicable)
Note: Cash and personal cheques are not accepted. All bank handling fees and intermediary bank charges shall be borne by the buyer.
4. Payment Terms (Default for B2B Foreign Trade)
- Sample orders: Full prepayment upon order placement.
- Bulk orders: A deposit of [30%] is payable in advance, and the balance of [70%] shall be paid before shipment against a copy of the bill of lading (you may modify according to your business).
- If credit terms (e.g. Net 30) are separately agreed in writing by both parties, the signed sales contract shall prevail.
- Production, raw material procurement and shipment arrangement will only commence after receipt of the deposit.
5. Order Confirmation and Late Payment
- An order shall only take formal effect after we receive the deposit / full payment and issue written confirmation. Enquiries or verbal commitments do not constitute a contract.
- If the buyer fails to settle payable amounts on time, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend production and delay shipment;
- Charge interest on overdue payments;
- Cancel the order and forfeit the deposit to compensate for costs already incurred.
6. Transaction Charges
All bank transfer fees, deductions by correspondent banks and cross-border payment platform service fees shall be borne by the buyer. When remitting funds, the buyer must ensure we receive the net amount stipulated in the contract.
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be arranged under the following circumstances:
- We are unable to deliver goods as agreed and both parties agree to cancel the order in writing;
- Duplicate payment or overpayment;
- Product quality issues confirmed by both parties and a refund agreement is reached.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Refund processing time depends on the receiving bank.
