It sets out how our company collects, holds, processes, uses and transfers your personal data in the course of our foreign trade business. This Policy applies when you browse our website, submit enquiries, request quotations, place orders for goods, apply for samples, arrange logistics delivery and conduct other business dealings with us. We are a Data User as defined under the Ordinance and undertake to comply with the six Data Protection Principles.

      We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as race, religion, health and biometric features unless you voluntarily provide such data and it is necessary for our business.

      We will not use your data for new unrelated purposes without your voluntary and express consent.

      Under the Ordinance, you have the right to: Access the personal data we hold about you; Correct inaccurate or incomplete data; Withdraw consent for direct marketing at any time and request us to stop sending marketing messages; Enquire about our data handling policies and measures.

      To exercise your rights, please email the contact mailbox stated above. We will respond within the statutory time limit and may charge a reasonable administrative fee for access requests. If you are dissatisfied with our handling, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.

      9. Data Security

      We implement technical, administrative and physical security measures (including encryption, access control and employee confidentiality agreements) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Given the nature of internet transmission, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a personal data breach, we will conduct an assessment and notify the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data and affected parties as required by law.

      10. Direct Marketing

      If you tick to give consent, we may use your contact information to send product, quotation and promotional materials. You may unsubscribe at any time (via the unsubscribe link in emails or by written request). We will not pass your data to third parties for direct marketing without your consent.

      11. Minors

      This website and services are intended for commercial clients only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not submit any personal data.
